Small group classes that encourage badass, strength-focused training, in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. 

Best of both worlds: 1:1 attention within the energy of a small group fitness environment. SGT is limited to 4 participants.

SGT Sessions:

  • MetCon - metabolic conditioning cardio 

  • All Dat Ass - glutes and lower body

  • Core Sensation - core strength and balance

  • Guns Grind - upper body torch

  • Trainer Choice - let your trainer curate something good! 

The Deets:

  • 30 minute sessions

  • Minimum of 3 participants, Max of 4 (self-selected)

  • $15 per participant
