Everything in Level 1, PLUS:

  • Personalized macro breakdowns for each phase based on client intake form

  • Minimum of bi-weekly touchpoints with coach through EverFit app

  • Progress tracking tools (weight, measurements, photos)

  • Option to pause or extend phases based on progress

 

Best for: Intermediate clients who want structure and real-time accountability.

The VIP experience: fully customized nutrition coaching with deep strategy and support.

Everything in Levels 1 & 2, PLUS:

  • 1:1 coaching as needed

  • Full macro periodization plan built from client intake, training style, and body comp goals

  • Advanced troubleshooting support (plateaus, hormonal feedback, digestion, cycle syncing, etc.)

  • Real-time food log feedback (3x/week)

  • Custom refeed and social event planning

  • Transition support post-program: build-your-own Maintenance Plan template + exit strategy session​​

 

Best for: Clients with ambitious goals, athletes, or those with a history of yo-yo dieting who need high-touch support.
